I am uploading this video, per my video blog yesterday. I told you I’d come back today and meditate with you, so that is of course what I am going to do 🙂

Prepare yourself for a few moments of deep relaxation and breathing. Get comfortable and in a space where you can close your eyes and do this effectively.
